Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Development Engineer to lead training initiatives for Technical Support Engineers and Agents in the Philippines. You will design and deliver basic process and product training, create learning materials, and manage skills assessment.

You will also maintain training records, support cross-skilling, and collaborate with multiple support teams to improve capability and service quality. Laboratory management and safety are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing training materials and learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic process and product training to newly hired Technical Support Engineers and Agents.
• Develop and improve learning materials, exams, and learning effectiveness.
• Build and maintain the Technical Competency and Skills Matrix with cross-team collaboration.
• Record training sessions in the LMS and generate related reports.
• Provide cross-skilling and upskilling opportunities for Schneider Electric employees.
• Contribute to Advanced Technical Support by proposing articles, FAQs, and Video FAQs.
• Configure functions according to customer applications and support AHOD (All Hands On Deck).
• Collaborate with Primary, Advanced, and Expert support teams throughout case lifecycle.
• Oversee laboratory management, safety, and testing to reproduce customer escalations.
