Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems in the Philippines seeks a Technical Training Specialist to design and implement comprehensive technical training programs that improve equipment uptime, safety, and process reliability.

You will develop curricula, manage certification programs, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to translate procedures into effective learning. This role requires strong communication, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and delivering technical training curricula.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 training compliance.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver technical training courses and lesson plans.
• Manage certification and recertification programs for technical staff.
• Perform training needs analyses with engineering and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate internal and external technical training courses.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and quality standards.
• Monitor trainee progress and maintain training records for audits.
• Onboard and mentor new hires undergoing training.
