Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. seeks a Technical Training Specialist to design and deploy technical training across our semiconductor operations.

You will develop curricula, deliver instruction, manage certification programs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure training aligns with maintenance procedures and compliance standards. You will track progress, maintain training records for audit readiness, and mentor new hires to uphold certification and competency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, HR, or related field or equivalent training experience.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training curricula in advanced manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Familiarity with certification programs and compliance requirements (IATF 16949 or ISO 9001).
• Strong communication, mentorship, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver technical training programs and lessons.
• Manage certification and recertification for technical staff and maintain exams.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to translate changes into training content.
• Coordinate internal and external training courses to fit evolving needs.
• Ensure learning processes comply with IATF 16949 and quality standards.
• Track progress, generate reports, and maintain training records for audits.
• Provide onboarding support and mentorship to new hires in technical training.
