Job summary

XPENG is seeking a regional technical training lead for the Philippines to design and deliver training programs for dealerships and aftersales teams. You will create schedules, local content, and materials, and conduct onsite sessions, webinars, and workshops across the Philippines.

The role requires a strong EV background, 5+ years in training, excellent English communication, and proven public speaking and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive aftersales training or equivalent.
• Solid EV technical background and ability to grasp complex vehicle systems.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written) for training delivery and cross-border comms.
• Experience with modern training methodologies and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Devise regional technical training programs for the Philippines market in line with HQ requirements.
• Develop training schedules and classroom agendas for local dealerships and aftersales teams.
• Define localized course content based on regional objectives and business needs.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations and learner guides.

• Develop training schedules and classroom agendas suitable for local dealerships and aftersales teams in the Philippines.
• Define and finalize localized course content based on regional training objectives and business needs.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, technical worksheets, and learner guides for local training delivery.
• Deliver onsite training sessions, online webinars, and technical workshops via group and one-on-one formats for Philippine aftersales network.
• Arrange and conduct regular on-site training across local dealerships and service centers as required.
• Maintain accurate training records on course completion, trainee attendance, absences and operational issues, and submit regular reports to HQ.
• Monitor, observe and evaluate the practical outcomes of all local training programs.
• Analyze overall training effectiveness for the Philippine region and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish, optimize and standardize local training policies and SOPs in strict accordance with HQ guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent related technical disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of professional working experience in automotive aftersales training.
• Solid EV technical background and the capability to comprehend complex vehicle systems and workflows is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English (verbal & written) for daily training delivery and cross-border communication; command of an additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, confident in delivering training to large groups of local technicians and staff.
• Familiar with modern technical training methodologies, digital tools and adult learning techniques.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork ability and proven skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
• Capable of independently planning, arranging and organizing full-cycle technical training activities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and self-starting working attitude with strong ownership of regional training projects.
