Global Payments Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for internal and external customers.

You will maintain training content, analyze outcomes for continuous improvement, and provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy related to systems. The role includes on-site client support and collaboration with higher level trainers to ensure business outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Training delivery experience.
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on a shifting/rotational schedule.
• Project-based/contractual employment for an initial period of one year with possible extension.

In this role, you’ll drive develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.

What you’ll own:

• Delivers simple, technical training content and a basic understanding of assigned subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to no deviation.
• Participates in on-site client support and training. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
• Typically No Relevant Experience Required
• Training delivery experience.; relevant subject matter experience
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
• Willing to work on a shifting/rotational schedule
• Amenable to project-based/contractual employment for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension based on business needs

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience in the credit card, payments, merchant acquiring, or fintech industry.
• Experience conducting product presentations, training sessions, or business reviews with customers and partners.
• A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
