Job summary

Royal Cablevision Corporation in Cebu City invites fresh graduates from BS Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science to join us as Technical Support (Visayas).

You will perform activation and commissioning of services, provide first- and second-level support for enterprise networks, respond to outages, coordinate remote and on-site troubleshooting, and help ensure SLAs are met. Location at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networking, and VLAN configuration.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.
• Having relevant certifications is an advantage (HClA, MikroTik MTCNA, etc.)
• Willing to be assigned at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Perform activation and commissioning of corporate, government, and special project services.
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for enterprise network services.
• Respond promptly to scheduled maintenance activities and emergency network outages.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and coordinate on-site support when necessary.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide technical assistance during project implementation and migration activities.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for network infrastructure.
• Conduct customer technical orientation after service activation when required.
• Provide after-hours or on-call technical support during critical outages or emergency maintenance.
