Job summary

Royal Cablevision Corporation is seeking a Technical Support professional for Mindanao and will be assigned at Country Homes, Brgy. Cabantian, Davao City.

The role focuses on activating/comissioning services, providing tiered support for enterprise networks, and ensuring SLA-driven resolutions. The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Engineering/IT/CS, solid TCP/IP networking knowledge, and familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN, VLANs, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any of these programs: B.S. in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networking, and VLAN configuration.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of IP addressing, routing, switching, and network security fundamentals.
• Having relevant certifications is an advantage (HClA, MikroTik MTCNA, etc.)
• Willing to be assigned at Country Homes, Brgy. Cabantian, Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Perform activation and commissioning of corporate, government, and special project services.
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for enterprise network services.
• Respond promptly to scheduled maintenance activities and emergency network outages.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and coordinate on-site support when necessary.
• Ensure service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide technical assistance during project implementation and migration activities.
• Support preventive maintenance activities for network infrastructure.
• Conduct customer technical orientation after service activation when required.
• Provide after-hours or on-call technical support during critical outages or emergency maintenance.
