The role requires basic troubleshooting across Windows and Mac platforms for consumer products, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality customer service and adherence to client procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical support experience for consumer electronics is a plus.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and emails in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls and messages and make outbound calls and emails to assist customers.
• Identify customer issues and provide available support options and resolutions.
• Follow QA guidelines and maintain professionalism and customer service focus.
• Update databases with call details and adhere to client procedures.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and escalate complex issues to Team Leader.
• Support cross-training and assist other lines of business as needed.
