Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualification or higher; fresh IT graduates are considered.
• Understanding of systems and network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software components.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and proactive attitude.
• Preferably at least 3 months of on-the-job training in a BPO environment.
• Completed IT thesis related to network, software, or hardware.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour IT support for desktop software and hardware configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Administer the company's local IT infrastructure including desktop PCs, networking, and software applications.
• Configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, and applications, including Windows operating systems.
• Ensure applications, services, and networks are operational.
• Conduct continuous audits on hardware and software assets.
• Monitor status of hardware, system, and network components.
• Assist clients, operations, and other business units with hardware and network issues.
• Provide user maintenance and assistance to maintain peak efficiency of production IT systems.
• Participate in systems administration projects as assigned.
• Anticipate trends in computing affecting IT operations such as operating systems, monitoring systems, databases, application servers, security, firewalls, and networking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
