Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior L2 Helpdesk in Eastwood, Quezon City for onsite day shift. You will resolve escalated hardware, software, network, and system issues, and mentor Level 1 staff while managing tickets.

Candidates should have strong AD/Exchange experience, Office 365, and VPN/DNS knowledge. A solid desktop/server OS background and virtualization skills are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving core desktop OS and server OS issues.
• Strong networking and DNS/VPN knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and cloud identity (AzureAD).
• Experience with on-premise and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents involving desktops, laptops, OS, apps, VPN, and peripherals.
• Configure and maintain workstations, user accounts, and IT equipment for end users.
• Investigate recurring issues and identify root causes to prevent incidents.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 staff and manage support tickets by urgency.
