Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical support within AV, IT networking or similar.
• Troubleshooting methodology: reproduce, isolate, test, verify outcomes.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, PoE; comfortable with Windows and web interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, customer-focused technical support by phone, email, and remote access.
• Handle CCTV, intercom and alarm product support at Level 1.
• Diagnose and resolve audio systems issues, including signal flow and gains.
• Escalate complex cases with full handover and documentation.
• Maintain concise support records and identify urgent issues for timely resolution.
