Job summary

Integrated OS in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines invites a Technical Support specialist to join a hybrid team delivering user-centric support for audio, security, and IT-related services. You will respond to inquiries, perform first-line troubleshooting, document actions and escalate when needed.

Successful candidates will handle Level 1 security and audio support, maintain thorough notes, and work within a hybrid setup to support Sydney and Perth operations as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical support within audio, AV, security electronics, IT networking or closely related field.
• A disciplined troubleshooting approach: reproduce the issue, isolate variables, test from source to destination, verify final outcome.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, static addressing, PoE, switches and VLAN awareness; confident using Windows, web interfaces, mobile apps and remote-support tools.
• Ability to interpret datasheets, block diagrams, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Clear written and spoken communication, patient with customers of varying technical abilities, and sound judgement to avoid unsafe advice.
• Strong ownership, time management and follow-through with accurate notes and timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, practical, customer-focused technical support by phone, email, remote-access tools and other channels while documenting detailed records for continuity and escalation.
• Maintain a personalised service and support continuity, measurement and escalation as required.
• Support Level 1 for security systems including CCTV, intercom and alarm products; perform basic checks and escalate complex issues.
• Support current audio portfolio including 100 V systems, mixers, amplifiers, speakers and related equipment; diagnose common symptoms and verify signal flow and levels.
• Escalate unresolved cases with structured handover and contribute to knowledge bases and improvement efforts.
• Track service measures such as response time, first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
