TRANSCOSMOS ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls from US customers about home appliances, provide basic troubleshooting, and coordinate technician visits.

You will document issues and escalate complex problems while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 6 months BPO experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to work a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Completed at least Senior High School or 2 years in college.
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience as a customer support/technical support.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Amendable to work on site in McKinley Hill, Taguig City (beside Venice Grand Canal Mall).
• Available to start on Nov. 23, 2026.
