Job summary

TRANSCOSMOS ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to handle inbound calls from US customers about home appliances, provide basic troubleshooting, and coordinate technician visits.

You will document issues and escalate complex problems while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires at least 6 months BPO experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to work a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School or 2 years in college.
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience as a customer support/technical support.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Amendable to work on site in McKinley Hill, Taguig City (beside Venice Grand Canal Mall).
• Available to start on Nov. 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding home appliance concerns and product inquiries.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and technical assistance for home appliances.
• Assist customers with product concerns, operational issues, and basic maintenance inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate technician visits for appliance repairs or service requests.
• Provide updates on technician appointments, service requests, and repair status.
• Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries and service coverage.
• Document customer concerns, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when necessary.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through professional communication and effective problem resolution.
