RAPID SYSTEMZ PTE. LTD. seeks a Network Support Associate in Cebu City to respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.

You will assist with basic network issues and coordinate with teams to resolve them. You will verify connections, restart devices as needed, and maintain documentation for ports, cables, and layouts. Onsite responsibilities include cable management and rack work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Handle basic network-related support tickets, including:
• Wi‑Fi, VPN, and LAN connectivity issues
• Internet or shared‑drive access issues
• IP conflicts
• Slow network performance
• Verify physical connections and switch port status.
• Restart network devices/interfaces when required and authorized.
• Coordinate with EUC/Helpdesk teams for issues involving both network and endpoint.
• Perform basic wireless troubleshooting, including SSID visibility and weak signal issues.
• Maintain records of ports, cables, patch panels, and physical network layouts.
• Assist with racking, stacking, and patching network equipment under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper cable management in network closets/server rooms.
• Ensure network closets and server rooms remain secure and organized.
