Job summary

Tesi Ito is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to independently resolve technical cases, author PowerShell scripts, and craft SQL queries while aligning with team SLAs and customer requirements.

Candidates should have strong English communication, knowledge of IIS/Apache, .NET experience, and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS). This role emphasizes problem solving, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk
• Experience with MySQL / SQL Server 2008 R2 or newer
• Ability to write SQL queries and review tables
• Powershell scripting experience
• Knowledge of installing and maintaining IIS and Apache
• Experience with .NET applications preferred
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ are a benefit
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Azure and/or AWS support experience is a plus

• 3+ years in a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk or similar role
• Experience with mysql / SQL 2008 R2 or higher
• Ability to write and demonstrate SQL queries, SQL scripts and perform SQL table reviews
• Experience with Powershell scripting highly desired
• Knowledge of installing and maintaining web servers (IIS and Apache)
• Prior working experience with .Net applications is highly desired
• Any certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, SSCP are a benefit
• Strong written and verbal english skills required
• Azure and/or AWS support experience is a plus
