Job summary

TASQ is seeking an experienced Training Designer to develop and deliver technical training for backend product support and ad tech engineering teams in the Philippines. You will create materials on API integrations, SQL analytics, and server-side tracking to empower support and revenue teams.

In this role you’ll design curricula, run ILT/vILT sessions on conversion tracking and measurement, assess learners, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Success teams to align training with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, SE, IS).
At least 2 years in backend product support or SaaS support.
2+ years training adults in a BPO environment.
Strong SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on with APIs, server-side tracking, webhooks, SDKs.
Experience with Ads Manager or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret and debug API payloads (JSON/XML).
Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Create training materials: slides, labs, guides, and e-learning modules.
Deliver ILT and vILT sessions on SQL, server-side tracking, API debugging.
Enable support and integrations teams with deep product knowledge.
Train teams on RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event tracking architecture.
Lead sessions on conversion tracking, attribution windows, and measurement.
Design assessments and certifications to measure training effectiveness.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement.
