Job summary

Winterpine Marketing Corporation is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor in the Philippines to lead our technical team. You will oversee installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of car accessories, ensuring high workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will also monitor daily progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Management to address technical needs and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or vocational course or related field.
• Experience supervising technical teams, preferably in automotive servicing or installation.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Technical Supervisor to oversee and support our technical operations. In this role, you will lead our technical team, ensure top-notch installation and maintenance of car accessories, and maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Technical Management

• Supervise, lead, train, and monitor the performance of the technical staff.

• Oversee daily technical activities to ensure optimal operational quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Supervise the complete installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of car accessories and products.

• Ensure outstanding workmanship to maximize customer satisfaction and significantly reduce installation errors, back jobs, or warranty claims.

Reporting & Documentation

• Monitor daily work progress and submit accurate technical and accomplishment reports as required.

• Maintain clear and organized tracking records of system uptimes, technical issue resolution times, and preventive maintenance completion rates.

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure all standard installation, repair, and maintenance activities follow stringent company procedures and health/safety guidelines.

• Manage and maintain high accountability for all tools and equipment assigned to the team.

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Management departments to effectively address cross-functional technical concerns and customer specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Background: Graduate of a relevant Technical or Vocational Course, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Experience: Proven supervisory or leadership experience managing technical teams, ideally within automotive servicing, car accessories installation, or related technical operations fields.

Skills:

• Strong background in troubleshooting technical issues and overseeing structural maintenance.

• Excellent team leadership, performance monitoring, and coaching abilities.

• Capable of preparing structured, data-driven technical documentation and compliance reports.

• Outstanding coordination and communication skills to serve as a bridge between management, sales, and ground operations teams.
