Handling Innovation, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Staff to provide technical and administrative support for accurate monitoring of equipment maintenance, service activities, and technical records.
The role requires strong organizational skills, data analysis capabilities, and coordination with field technicians and other departments. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with 1–2 years in related work a plus.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Staff who will provide technical and administrative support to ensure accurate monitoring of equipment maintenance, service activities, and technical records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data analysis, and coordination with field technicians and other departments.
Monitor and maintain records of equipment service, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
Review and validate Service Reports, Periodic Maintenance Inspection Service Sheets, Battery Checklists, and other technical documents.
Monitor and update repair and maintenance costs for each site.
Prepare and maintain Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plans for rental units based on standard PM frequency.
Monitor the implementation and completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
Consolidate and analyze technical reports, maintenance data, and equipment performance records.
Track repair history, maintenance expenses, parts usage, and other relevant technical information.
Coordinate with technicians and concerned departments regarding pending service reports, maintenance schedules, and technical requirements.
Identify recurring equipment issues and assist in developing recommendations for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations regarding equipment maintenance and technical performance.
Monitor low-performing sites and coordinate with concerned personnel regarding necessary actions.
Assist in reviewing maintenance processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintain organized and updated technical files and records.
Perform other technical and administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical documentation, equipment maintenance, data analysis, or related work is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze technical data and prepare reports.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment operations is an advantage.
Willing to work office-based and coordinate with field personnel when necessary.
