Job summary

GAC International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a technical support specialist to assist dealers with complex vehicle issues, perform on-site inspections, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role includes analyzing root causes, supporting warranty processes, managing technical documentation, and delivering dealer training while coordinating with HQ on quality trends and EV-related readiness. Regular dealer visits and data-driven insights will drive continuous improvement of service

Responsibilities

• Provide dealers with technical assistance to resolve complex vehicle issues.
• Analyze root causes of faults and propose repair solutions.
• Review warranty claims and assist in policy updates.
• Distribute and manage technical Bulletins and update diagnostic software.
• Deliver training to service staff and develop training materials.
• Conduct on-site dealer visits and ensure safety and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with HQ to report quality trends and escalate issues.
• Track data from diagnostics and telematics to support quality improvements.
• Support new energy vehicle technology implementation.
