Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a technically driven Sales Engineer/Associate Sales Applications Engineer to bridge engineering solutions with customer requirements in Santo Tomas, Batangas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience selling or supporting the sale of similar technical products and services.
• Experience selling or supporting technical products, preferably in similar industries.
• Strong sales, customer service, technical support, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, resourceful, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to Sales Managers, customers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with customers and engineering teams to ensure products meet requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and technical product quotations.
• Process and monitor customer orders from inquiry through shipment, including changes and delivery updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to inquiries and concerns.
• Keep customer information and quotations/orders updated in the CRM system.
• Train Business Development Managers and Channel Partners on products and capabilities.
• Support order entry planning and related reporting and tracking.
