Xerox Philippines is seeking a Technical Services Ops Support (TSOS) Specialist to provide back-office support and coordinate day-to-day service operations across phone, email, and chat channels.

You will work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure service delivery goals are met, analyze operational data in Excel, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Provide back-office support through phone, email, and chat channels.
