Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned SEO Team Lead to drive organic growth and search visibility across our marketing initiatives. You will mentor a team of SEO specialists, shape strategy, and partner with content, development, and design teams to meet business goals.

The role requires 2-3 years of SEO experience, a solid grasp of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building, and proficiency in SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, GA, and GSC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of leading initiatives.
• Strong SEO principles with hands-on keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Oversee on-page optimization, meta tags, headings, and content for visibility.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, site audits, and crawl issue resolutions.
• Plan and oversee link-building campaigns to improve authority.
• Monitor performance using GA, GSC, and other SEO tools; provide insights.
• Generate regular SEO reports with dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes; share learnings.
• Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to align marketing goals.
