Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a sales professional with a science background to identify new opportunities in target markets and understand customer technical requirements. You will deliver product presentations, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Training is on-site with regular client visits and office reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• Experience: at least 2 years of related work (preferred).
• Language: Tagalog & English (Required).
• Other Qualifications: Technical, proficient in MS/Canva AI, keen to details, hardworking, background in Marketing, dedicated to work with minimal supervision, pleasing personality, young & vibrant.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Prepare and present detailed technical proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide post-sales support and customer training as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
