Job summary
E-Core Validation, Monitoring and Equipment Trading OPC is seeking a Sales Assistant in the Philippines to support technical sales, customer coordination, and business development. You will help manage relationships, prepare quotations, and assist with product demonstrations and after-sales support.
You will collaborate on marketing activities, monitor pipelines, and assist in pre-bid conferences while traveling to meet customers as needed.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and bidding documents.
- Assist with product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to customers.
- Monitor sales pipelines, quotations, and customer records.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports.
- Assist in exhibitions, seminars, presentations, and other marketing activities.
- Assist in pre-bid and bidding conferences.
- Assist with equipment delivery, installation, and customer orientation.
