Job summary

E-Core Validation, Monitoring and Equipment Trading OPC seeks a Service & Calibration Assistant to provide technical service and calibration support across the Philippines. You will assist the Calibration Manager in lab/warranty activities and on-site maintenance.

The role emphasizes calibration principles, documentation, and customer communication, with opportunities to promote E-core services while maintaining schedules and reports. Sta. Rosa, Laguna-based office.

Qualifications

1–2 years of instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair experience.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic experience encouraged.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and GDP is an advantage.
Willingness to work at the Sta. Rosa, Laguna office.

Responsibilities

Assist Calibration Manager in laboratory and calibration activities, including equipment, accessories, and software, to ensure service delivery.
Assist in implementing service and preventive maintenance for Ellab end-users, including check-ups, parts replacement, calibration, and cleaning.
Attend on-site calls, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, and propose actions to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through replacements or upgrades based on equipment life cycle and performance.
Support training and implementation of new systems when time permits, and maintain calibration records and RMAs.
