Job summary

ADM Animal Nutrition in the Philippines seeks a results-driven technical sales professional to generate leads, support customers, and grow the business in the assigned territory.

You will provide product technical assistance, monitor dealer performance, ensure price integrity, and drive farm conversions through events and field activities. A bachelor’s in Animal Science or related field and strong communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales and marketing strategies as directed by management.
• Provides technical assistance to product users on schedule or on call.
• Monitors dealer and user sales to meet quotas in the assigned area.
• Ensures supply and adherence to Minimum Retail Price (MRP).
• Tracks product feedback and reports issues to the supervisor.
• Opens new stores/POS and supports farm conversion efforts.
• Participates in vet missions, seminars, store openings, and demand-creation activities.

About the role

To generate new leads and sales opportunities and working with existing customers by providing technical support and business assistance to grow ADM Animal Nutrition business in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
• Provides technical assistance to all product users in both pre-set schedule or on call service.
• Closely monitors the sales of all dealers/sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
• Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned territory and ensure that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.
• Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.
• Opens new store/POS and actively works on farm conversion to increase the company's market share.
• Actively involves in organizing and participating in vet missions, seminars, store opening, sales caravans and other related demand-creation activities.
