Santeh Feeds Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Officer to drive sales growth and provide technical nutrition guidance for livestock producers across Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan. You will blend promotion with hands-on advice to improve animal health, growth, and farm profitability through product recommendations and farm visits.
The role requires 1–2 years in sales or field-based work, a valid driver’s license, and comfort presenting to farmer groups.
The Technical Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales growth and market share by combining commercial promotion with technical and nutritional guidance, helping livestock raisers optimize animal health, growth performance, and farm productivity and profitability within the assigned area.
Promote and sell the Company's livestock feed products to existing and prospective customers
Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance objectives
Increase market share and penetration by recruiting new Feed Centers, Key Farms, Direct Feed Stations, and end-users
Ensure timely collection of customer payments and monitor accounts receivable in accordance with company policies
Generate new leads and expand the customer base within the assigned area
Recommend appropriate feeding programs and Best Farm Practices to clients
Implement demand-generation activities to support sales (e.g., farm seminars, product roadshows/promotions)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, farmers, institutional buyers, and other customers
Conduct regular farm visits to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate feed products
Conduct farm-level seminars (in-person or online) to improve the technical knowledge and skills of farm personnel
Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
At least 1–2 years of sales, technical sales, or field-based experience, preferably in animal feeds, agri-business, or veterinary/animal health products
Valid Philippine driver's license (at least non-professional; motorcycle license an advantage)
Working knowledge of livestock/aquaculture nutrition, feeding programs, and Best Farm Practices
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable conducting presentations/seminars to farmer groups
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area, including regular farm visits
Amenable to field-based work and flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends for farm seminars, trade fairs, and promotional events
Possesses or is willing to use a motorcycle/vehicle for area coverage, subject to company policy
Willing to be assigned in Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan
