Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Application Engineering Analyst to provide technical sales support for the Switchgear and Busbar business. You will review, validate, and approve ETO Workbench and K2 pricing requests, manage quotations and proposal documentation, and coordinate with the North America GSA team, Inside Sales, and Engineering to meet pricing and delivery objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
1+ year of experience in electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, busbar, data centers, or facilities.
1+ year in customer service, technical sales support, or related commercial role.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specs and technical docs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS 365 apps.

Responsibilities

Review, validate, and approve Engineer-to-Order Workbench and K2 pricing requests.
Process change requests and verify pricing details in CPQ notes and proposals.
Ensure pricing accuracy and policy compliance across approvals.
Support North America sales in achieving customer commitments and business objectives.
Coordinate with Global Strategic Accounts, Inside Sales, Engineering, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Track and report KPIs; assist with project tracking and status reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation of requests, approvals, and project records.
Provide timely status updates and communicate approvals and pricing activity to stakeholders.
