Par Excellence Search Consulting Inc. is seeking a Sales Officer with an Electrical Engineering background for a technical-commercial role in the power and energy sector. The position is on-site at West Triangle, Quezon City, with travel nationwide as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (registered/licensed preferred) and has 3+ years in electrical distribution sales. You will present products, build client relations, and meet sales targets while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related business field.
Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical distribution sales.
Knowledge of connectors, bi-metallic conductors, FRP crossarms, transformers, and related products.
Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
Fluent in English and Filipino; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell electrical products to existing and prospective customers in the Philippines.
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers and prospects.
Develop new business opportunities via cold calls and networking.
Prepare quotations and bid documents; participate in pre-biddings and biddings.
Maintain strong customer relationships and respond to product inquiries promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams and assist with trade receivables.
