Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related business course.
• Preferably licensed Electrical Engineer with knowledge of electrical products.
• At least three years of relevant sales experience; advantage for prior sales.
• Fluency in English and Filipino (oral and written).
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Google apps.
• Sales-driven with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Presents, promotes, and sells products to existing and prospective customers.
• Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers.
• Reaches out to potential leads via cold calling.
• Aims to achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes.
• Analyzes territory and market potential, tracks reports.
• Identifies product improvements and new products or brands.
• Attends industry conferences to enhance knowledge and networks.
• Sells by establishing new customers and developing relationships.
• Grows and maintains relationships with existing customers.
• Assists in follow-up of trade receivables and payments.
• Accompanies customers on Factory Acceptance Test visits.
• Resolves customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Prepares accreditation documents for new customers.
• Responds to inquiries on features, prices, and availability; prepares quotations.
• Leads bid-document preparation and participates in pre-biddings.
• Coordinates sales efforts with team and other departments.
• Sends reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activity.
