DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on our construction projects. You will coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams and ensure proper installation and testing of MEP systems.
Responsibilities include on-site supervision, documentation, and reporting of progress, quality, and safety. A relevant degree and strong CAD skills are required; PRC licensing is a plus.
The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works throughout the construction project.
Coordinates MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and other construction works.
Identifies potential clashes between MEP systems and other building components.
Coordinates the routing and installation of pipes, ducts, conduits, cable trays, and other services.
Communicates site constraints and coordination issues to the appropriate engineers and project personnel.
Participates in MEP coordination meetings and provides updates on site requirements and progress.
Verifies the proper installation and connection of mechanical equipment.
Supervises the installation of electrical conduits, cable trays, wiring, panels, lighting fixtures, and electrical equipment.
Monitors the proper routing, support, termination, and identification of electrical cables and conduits.
Assists in the testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Monitors the installation of pipes, valves, pumps, fixtures, and related plumbing components.
Inspects completed and ongoing MEP works to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Identifies defective, incomplete, or non-compliant installations.
Coordinates with the QA/QC personnel for required inspections and corrective actions.
Prepares daily reports detailing MEP activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
Assists in preparing inspection requests, checklists, testing reports, and other project documentation.
Maintains records of completed works, inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Reports site issues, delays, material shortages, and technical concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assists in maintaining accurate MEP documentation for project monitoring and handover.
Holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related filed.
PRC license is an advantage
Has a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
Capable of reading and interpreting MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical documents.
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction-related software.
