Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience handling technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations positions is advantageous.
• Background in a manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or related environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy assessment to offer coordination and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to vacancy complexity, urgency, and volume.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through online portals, networks, referrals, and databases.
