Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead technical and niche roles across IT, healthcare, accounting, and marketing. You will partner with hiring managers to understand roles, refine specs, and craft targeted ads.

The role requires hands-on sourcing via ATS platforms, social media, and niche sites; you will screen candidates, build shortlists, and track metrics like time-to-fill while mentoring Recruitment Analysts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience handling technical/specialized/niche roles.
• Technical expertise with ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
• Proven expertise navigating Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (Oracle, Talkpush, Taleo, LinkedIn, BullHorn).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Paid Ads.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for technical/specialized/niche positions.
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates for specialized/niche roles (IT, HR, Healthcare, Accounting, Business Transformation, Marketing).
• Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals
• Conduct initial phone screens and technical evaluations to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire (TAT), time-to-fill (Fill Rate), source of hire and cost per hire (CPH)
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist in training and monitoring performance of Recruitment Analyst
