Job summary

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc (formerly Brunel Technical Services Manpower Corp) is seeking a recruiting professional to support end-to-end processes for on-site roles in Cubao, Quezon City. You will assist in job order placement, candidate screening, and coordination with SMEs for technical assessments.

The role involves aptitude tests, background checks, onboarding support, and maintaining recruitment dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• At least 1 year recruiting experience is a plus (Technical/Engineering or related roles).
• Experience recruiting Engineering roles in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, or Power Generation is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site at Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end Recruitment processes and related tasks to ensure on-time placement of job orders.
• Shortlist applicants by evaluating documents and conducting preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate with SMEs for technical assessments of shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct aptitude and personality tests and background checks as required.
• Assist successful applicants with pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and pre-employment documents for new hires.
• Conduct orientation for new hires and dispatch to department/project assignments.
• Maintain and secure candidate documents and recruitment databases.
• Assist in creating and updating generic Job Descriptions for positions.
• Support sourcing, selection, and placement strategies and techniques.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.

• 1 year work experience as a Technical Recruiter or any related experience is a plus.

• Experience in recruiting Engineering roles is a plus (within the Oil & Gas, LNG, Petro Chemical, Power Generation industry).

• Willing to work on-site at Cubao, Quezon City.

Basic Function:

Responsible for providing assistance to the end-to-end Recruitment Processes and related tasks.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Recruitment process, to ensure on-time placement of job orders

• Shortlisting applicants through evaluation of applicants' documents and preliminary interviews.

• Coordinate and facilitate with SMEs for the technical assessment of shortlisted candidates.

• Conduct Aptitude and Personality Tests and background checks for applicants, whenever necessary and required.

• Provide support to the successful applicant in the completion of his/her pre-employment requirements.

• Prepare the employment contract, requisition of equipment, and documents needed (PPE, IT equipment, ATM, etc.) for newly hired employees, and other pre-employment documents.

• Conducting the orientation for newly hired employees and process dispatching to their respective department/project assignment.

• Maintain and safely keep application forms, resumes, and other relevant documents from candidates.

• Maintain recruitment database and update dashboards and reports.

• Assist to create and recommend generic Job Descriptions for existing and new positions.

• Assist in formulating, recommending, and implementing sourcing, selection, and placement approaches and techniques.

• Perform other tasks that you may be assigned from time to time

Other Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8hrs/day
