Job summary

Private Advertiser in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, is seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end IT recruitment and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS/CRM records while delivering market insights and ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Experience in local or international recruitment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
