Job summary

Ironcon Builders and Development Corporation seeks a seasoned Purchasing Manager to lead supplier sourcing, canvassing, and procurement for ongoing Intramuros projects. Requires 5–10 years in purchasing, strong negotiation, and coordination with engineers and project teams.

You will prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, ensure price compliance, and maintain supplier performance records. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in purchasing management and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select/source suppliers; canvass items per requisition slip.
• Match canvass item prices to Material Price Control.
• Coordinate with supplier availability, production, and delivery lead times.
• Determine best prices with suppliers and complete canvass sheets.
• Request and coordinate processing requirements of new suppliers.
• Forward canvass sheet to Heads for checking and negotiations.
• Prepare and forward PO for awarding.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery position and details with suppliers per PO.
• Coordinate special instructions with suppliers, end-users, and project engineers.
• Inspect goods at supplier’s factory or loading port when necessary.
• Prepare reports as required by superiors.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Superior or President.

• Can start immediately.
• Willing to work at Intramuros, Manila
