The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 5+ years in purchasing/ Inventory/ Materials, familiarity with contract negotiation, and strong MS Office skills; experience in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related purchasing/inventory experience
• Prefer 5+ years in procurement for construction projects
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract administration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to multitask
• Attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

• Report to Purchasing Manager; in her absence, the President
• Canvass materials and labor for project bids
• Prepare procurement plans for new project assignments
• Prepare material submittals for client approvals
• Update daily material monitoring reports to ensure timely orders
• Handle Naysa system for Procurement Department
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Preferably with exposure in the field of construction.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Accurate and precise attention to details

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to Purchasing Manager, in her absence, the President
• Canvass materials and labor for incoming projects on bidding
• Prepares procurement plans for new project assignment
• Prepares material submittals for client's approval
• Updates daily the material monitoring report for on-going projects to ensure on time delivery of orders to avoid delay.
• Handles Naysa system for Procurement Department
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
