Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end Agile software delivery projects in IT and software development. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will own the product backlog, translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to continuous improve delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects.
• Hands-on Scrum/Agile experience including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
• Proven backlog ownership, requirements definition, and prioritization.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Results-oriented with focus on delivery discipline and product value.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business goals
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through informed prioritization and trade-offs
• Provide clear delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Lead regular stakeholder touchpoint to review progress, surface risks, and align on priorities
• Manage vendor coordination and delivery when applicable
