TerraBarn Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery in a Scrum environment.
You will own the backlog, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time. You will facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business goals
Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through informed prioritization and trade-offs
Provide clear delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
Lead regular stakeholder touchpoint to review progress, surface risks, and align on priorities
Manage vendor coordination and delivery when applicable
4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects in IT, software development, or related fields
Hands-on experience working in Scrum or Agile teams, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
