Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end software projects in a Scrum/Agile environment in the Philippines. You will drive cross-functional delivery, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will own the product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and report progress to stakeholders. Strong facilitation and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects in IT or software development.
• Hands-on Scrum experience including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
• Proven backlog ownership, requirements definition, and prioritization.
• Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Results-oriented mindset with delivery discipline and product value focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business goals.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through informed prioritization and trade-offs.
• Provide clear delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Lead regular stakeholder touchpoints to review progress, surface risks, and align on priorities.
• Manage vendor coordination and delivery when applicable.
