Job summary

RippedBoxStation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive initiatives from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and keep deliverables on schedule.

The role requires strong Jira skills, excellent written and verbal English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing risks, blockers, and timelines across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for task management, ticket tracking, sprint planning, and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in software, technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track projects from initiation through completion, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables remain on schedule.
