We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and support a portfolio of initiatives within a Payments Platform environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams and understanding technical concepts.
• Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a portfolio of technical programs within a payments platform environment.
• Drive program delivery across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools and centralized sources of truth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular program update meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and tracking action items.
• Review work assignments and commitments across teams following defined planning processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate program reporting and status updates.
• Track program resources and support planning and allocation activities.
• Ensure reporting templates and dashboards reflect real-time project status.
• Support business metrics tracking and reporting requirements.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and support a portfolio of initiatives within a Payments Platform environment. This role focuses on driving execution and governance across multiple cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.

The ideal candidate will coordinate complex project streams within a digital identity and payments context, enabling secure and seamless user experiences. You will operate at the intersection of technical delivery and business strategy, ensuring projects are delivered on time, tracked accurately, and aligned with organizational priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams and understanding technical concepts
• Strong knowledge of project management lifecycle and delivery frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a structured environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive yet detail-variant tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex scenarios
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and cultures
• Ability to work independently within defined processes and framework
• English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
