Job summary

CTT.Synergy Corporation, a forward-thinking technology company serving online grocery, Builtamart, seeks a Technical Project Manager for its Metro Manila office. You will bridge tech and business, lead Agile teams, manage backlogs, and ensure on-time delivery across web and mobile platforms.

You will coordinate with product, UX/UI, backend/frontend, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into detailed tasks, track progress, and drive quality releases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical project management or Scrum Master experience in e-commerce or high-traffic B2C software.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong understanding of modern web and mobile tech stacks and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Linear or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Oversee end-to-end features for mobile apps and web platform.
• Coordinate with Product, UX/UI, Backend/Frontend, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into tasks.
• Refine and prioritize technical backlog, debt, bug triage, and architecture enhancements.
• Identify risks and remove blockers to maintain velocity.
• Provide transparent updates and release notes to stakeholders.
• Optimize engineering workflows and CI/CD, monitor velocity and lead time.

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Metro Manila office on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, executing, and delivering technology-driven projects. As Technical Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is integral to our organization's ability to execute complex technical initiatives and maintain our reputation for delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership & Delivery: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide engineering teams in adopting Agile/Scrum best practices to deliver feature roadmaps on time and within scope.

• Platform & UX Technical Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of features for the iOS/Android mobile apps and web platform, prioritizing high system availability, fast load times, and intuitive customer checkout flows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend/Frontend Engineers, QA, and DevOps to translate high-level product requirements into detailed technical tasks and user stories.

• Backlog Refinement & Scoping: Manage and prioritize technical backlogs, technical debt, bug triage, and architectural enhancements alongside engineering leads.

• Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify technical dependencies, bottlenecks, and release risks. Clear blockers for team members to maintain high velocity.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent updates, release notes, and progress reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders across logistics, operations, and marketing.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate engineering workflows, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and project delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, lead time) to drive process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of technical project management or Scrum Master experience in e-commerce, digital retail, online grocery, or high-traffic B2C software products.

• Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with experience tailoring processes to business needs.

• Technical Background: Solid understanding of modern web and mobile tech stacks (React, Native Apps, Microservices, APIs, Cloud infrastructure like AWS/GCP, payment gateway integrations).

• Tools Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar project tracking and documentation tools.

• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist.

• Problem Solving & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and root-cause analysis abilities.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of facilitating technical discussions between engineers and non-technical business leaders.
