Job summary

ReSource Pro Operational Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned program management professional to lead technology initiatives across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

You will drive planning, execution, governance, and reporting within PMO standards while partnering with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations to deliver enterprise system implementations and digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, CS, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Technology Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-team technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and working within Agile product organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Strong experience in risk management, dependency mapping, issue resolution, and cross-functional governance.
• Experience managing enterprise system implementations, infrastructure coordination, cross-product dependencies, or platform engineering initiatives.
• Experience working within PMO frameworks, governance standards, and reporting cycles.
• Strong program management, analytical, communication, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex, multi-team technology initiatives from planning through execution.
• Managing Agile product organizations and ensuring adherence to PMO governance and reporting cycles.
• Coordinating stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Overseeing risk management, dependency mapping, and issue resolution across programs.
