Job summary

JG Summit Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Technical Product Manager for Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Head Office in Pasig.

The role supports digital transformation by identifying process improvements, translating business needs into technology solutions, and delivering data-driven insights to support digital transformation. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, digital projects, process improvement, reporting, or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development; Power BI experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with system integrations, testing, or quality assurance processes is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and business processes.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights for decision-making.
Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
Recommend improvements based on user feedback, operational challenges, and system performance.
Assist in change management, user training, documentation, and solution adoption.
Prepare project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
