Job summary

The Technical Product Analyst at Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Head Office supports digital transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements and translating business needs into technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders to optimize systems and deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, supporting integrations, conducting UAT, and guiding adoption of new solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, digital projects, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development; Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with system integrations, testing, or QA processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI, and Visio.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology enablement.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights for decision-making.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and implementation activities.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Recommend improvements based on user feedback and system performance.
• Assist in change management, user training, documentation, and solution adoption.
• Prepare project updates and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
