Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Product Manager in Manila to drive high-impact digital product strategies within a pioneering team. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience through data and technology across large-scale digital platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and a strong grasp of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. A collaborative and fast-paced work environment with 4x a week RTO in Metro Manila is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with analytics tools and dashboards.

Job Description

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap across digital platforms
• Lead product discovery, user research, and requirements definition
• Manage end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX)
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate progress to senior leadership
• Use analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to improve performance
• Ensure product scalability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in product management or digital technology roles
• Certifications in Product Management or Agile/Scrum are advantageous
• Proven experience delivering digital products (web/mobile, platforms, or data-driven solutions)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and stakeholder management
• Experience with analytics tools, dashboards, APIs, and digital integrations
