Job Description

• Lead end-to-end software development delivery with a strong hands‑on engineering foundation
• Engage directly with clients to understand business problems and translate into scalable solutions
• Drive architecture decisions across systems handling high transaction volumes and performance demands
• Champion modern engineering practices including microservices, MVC frameworks, and distributed systems
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, and engineering teams for seamless execution
• Support solutioning, proof‑of‑concepts, and platform innovation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• 10‑15+ years in software development, with progression into leadership/management roles
• Strong background in hands‑on development (Java, Spring Boot preferred; Node.js or polyglot environments welcome)
• Experience designing scalable, high‑throughput systems (e.g., microservices, transactional platforms)
• Solid understanding of architecture, system design, and enterprise application frameworks
• Exposure to core banking or financial systems is highly advantageous
• Ability to engage stakeholders across both technical and business functions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
