Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Junior Architectural BIM Modeler to advance architectural Revit models for international projects. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, convert consultant designs into constructible models, and prepare drawings and documentation for tender and handover.

Role requires 2+ years of BIM modeling with Revit/AutoCAD, strong attention to detail, and readiness for a five-day workweek with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of architectural BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD with hands-on modeling experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for modeling, coordination and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Construction, or related discipline.
• Understanding of construction detailing, BIM coordination, shop drawings, and statutory drawing requirements.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to identify discrepancies before submission.
• Clear English communication and teamwork skills; openness to feedback and BIM development.
• Autodesk Revit certification is advantageous; be reliable under deadlines; five-day workweek and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural Revit models to the required LOD.
• Convert consultant drawings into coordinated contractor models aligned with BEP.
• Create and update Revit families, sheets, views, schedules, and annotations.
• Incorporate design revisions and material updates while maintaining revision records.
• Support tender preparation through architectural BIM modeling and documentation.
• Assist coordination by preparing model exports, views, and markups; resolve clashes using Navisworks/ACC.
• Identify design discrepancies and escalate to Senior BIM Modeler for RFI action.
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and finishes schedules from BIM models.
• Extract model quantities to support procurement and progress claims.
• Prepare as-built models and drawings for project handover.
• Follow BEP, file naming, worksets, and CDE protocols; maintain model quality.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2 years of architectural BIM modeling experience, preferably within construction or building projects
• Required proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture and AutoCAD, with hands-on experience developing architectural models and construction drawings
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for modeling, coordination, and documentation

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and maintain architectural Revit models to the required LOD, including walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, staircases, wet areas, and other building elements
• Convert consultant drawings and design models into coordinated contractor working models aligned with project standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Create and update Revit families, sheets, views, schedules, annotations, and approved architectural finishes using established templates
• Incorporate design revisions, site instructions, architect instructions, and material updates while maintaining accurate revision records
• Support tender preparation through architectural BIM modeling and related documentation
• Assist multidisciplinary coordination by preparing model exports, views, and markups and resolving assigned clashes using Navisworks/Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Identify design discrepancies, missing information, and buildability concerns and elevate them to the Senior BIM Modeler for RFI action
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, details, door/window schedules, and finishes schedules from BIM models
• Extract model quantities when required to support procurement and progress claims
• Prepare and maintain accurate as-built models and drawings for project handover
• Follow BEP requirements, file-naming conventions, worksets, shared coordinates, and Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols
• Maintain model quality by resolving warnings, managing links and file sizes, purging unused elements, and keeping drawing registers and transmittal records current
